SAP IT are just one of those company that you must have on a project. Their depth of experience and commitment to delivery knows no end. Its easy to complement SAP IT on every aspect of their work, but I think the most telling comment I could make is that on the rare occasion that SAP IT does not know something, they just tell you they doesn’t know, then they’ go and find out. What a rare and wonderful characteristic in a technical company, fresh of breath air.

Migration from another supplier to a data centre in EMEA. SAP IT, came to the party late and the project was going to fail as no dry runs had taken place; We was put in place to make the project get back on track and make the cut-over deadline. We successfully completed the dry runs and two weeks later migrated GTS, HCM, Portal, Web dispatcher systems in one weekend

Project manager who said: “The scope was both to upgrade IMO’s SAP application to the latest Enhancement Pack (EhP7) whilst also converting IMO to run with Unicode. When combined this represents quite a large technical change, which needs to be managed and tested very carefully to ensure that no loss of data or functionality is experienced by the users. The cutover plan ran smoothly and to time over the key weekend and very few issues were logged during the early life support, which in turn has given us great delivery credibility with the client. Getting these pre-requisite changes in enables IMO to now run through their road-map of projects with us to deliver improvements in various areas of their business including HR and project systems and positions us very well with the client for future requirements.”

Migration from another supplier to a data centre in US, ECC, GTS, 2 Portal, BW, BPC and Solman. SAP IT. The migration was mid term and dev had already been completed. Next step was to create quality environment, we stepped in and managed the process for the migration from here. We progressed to meet the tight timelines of the customer as they had to be out of the vendors datacetre or they would be penalised. We manged to move all the systems in an outage of 72 hrs and have their core business back and running by the Monday morning 2am.
